Randy Lillard is currently the Senior Director of Program Management at Blue Origin.  Previous to this, Randy worked at Capital One, where he managed the implementation of technology and cybersecurity initiatives across the enterprise. Prior to Capital One, Randy spent 20 years at NASA with positions at the Office of Management and Budget, NASA Headquarters, the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, and Johnson Space Center.  Randy was a Program Examiner at OMB, lead JSC’s Exploration Technology Office, Chief of the Thermal Design Branch, Program Executive for the Technology Demonstration Missions Program within the Space Technology Mission Directorate, Aerothermodynamics Lead for the Orion Spacecraft, and a Systems Engineer on JPL’s Juno Mission. Randy has a PhD in Aeronautics and Astronautics from Purdue University and MBA from the Naval Postgraduate School.
