Laura Shaw
Vehicle Integration Office Manager, International Space Station Program, NASA Johnson Space Center
Laura Shaw has supported NASA for 23 years as an engineer and manager. She started her career developing various life support hardware for the Space Shuttle and the International Space Station. In 2012, she joined the ISS Program Office with a focus on the Environmental Control and Life Support Systems (ECLSS) which culminated in her developing the strategy and leading the team that is upgrading the ECLSS on ISS to demonstrate its effectiveness and robustness for future long duration exploration missions. In early 2022, Ms. Shaw transitioned to be the manager of the ISS Vehicle Integration Office which manages the development and sustaining of the ISS vehicle’s systems.
