Karen Feldstein
Associate Administrator for International and Interagency Relations, NASA
Ms. Feldstein leads and directs all of NASA’s international and interagency relations, advancing the Agency’s mission as well as U.S. foreign and economic policy objectives. In addition to building strong relationships with nations around the world, she leads NASA’s coordination with U.S. executive branch offices, departments, and agencies, such as the National Security Council, National Space Council, and Departments of State and Defense. She was a private sector consultant prior to joining NASA as a Presidential Management Intern.
Ms. Feldstein earned her M.A. in International Relations from the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), Johns Hopkins University, and her undergraduate degree at Tufts University. Karen was elected a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and of the International Women’s Forum of D.C., and she is a recipient of the Presidential Rank Award for Meritorious Service.
