Paul Frakes is a systems engineer and certified foresight practitioner with The Aerospace Corporation’s Strategic Foresight Team. In this role he leads horizon-scanning efforts to find new signals of change across a variety of disciplines and topic areas and applies foresighting methods and tools to derive unique insights, helping customers challenge their assumptions and make more resilient investments towards preferred futures. He holds a B.S. in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Purdue University and a M.S.E. in Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.
